Hi Friends! I have a super fun and unique post for all of you today. We’re taking a peak inside my living room so I can share with you one of our most favorite Christmas family traditions, as well as tell you about two fun products that I’ve been working on in partnership with FOTO Vision. We are all looking for unique and personal gift ideas this season, right? Of course, you want to give everyone on your list gifts that they will cherish. Well, I’ve got a great option for you today—FOTO Vision’s unique personalized photo blankets! These blankets are so soft and cozy. Oh, and did I mention there is also a giveaway!?! You better believe it! Ok, let’s get started!
A couple months ago, FOTO Vision contacted me about partnering with them for a very unique project…designing a Just Add Confetti line of personalized photo blankets! How amazing, right? This has been such a fun project. I have been working behind the scenes with FOTO Vision’s design team to bring my design vision to life. Together, we created two different blankets that I hope you all will love. First, we have our “Night Before Christmas” photo blanket and below you will see our “Adventure Awaits” photo blanket design. FOTO Vision makes holiday gifting more colorful than ever with their personalized blankets and towels that help you share memories with your family and friends in a fun, unique way.
Our “Night Before Christmas” Photo Blanket
My creative vision and inspiration behind the “Night Before Christmas” personalized photo blanket is really very personal to me. In our family, on the night before Christmas Eve, we all sleep under our Christmas tree. We blow up air mattresses and drag all of our pillows into the living room to make a whole evening of it! We watch our favorite Christmas movies, eat cookies, drink hot cocoa and just enjoy being together. It’s one of our most favorite family traditions and also a highlight of the whole Christmas season for all of us. Christmas time can get so busy with all of the shopping, wrapping, decorating, events, baking, etc. This one night for our family is all about slowing down and truly just enjoying one another. When I was first envisioning my Just Add Confetti FOTO Vision collection, I knew I would love to have a holiday themed blanket that would be a wink back to one of our most favorite family traditions. I wanted to create a blanket that could become part of our tradition too! Capturing this moment in time with my boys while they are still so young is a true treasure to me. I hope you all can incorporate this blanket into your own family Christmas traditions or give it as a unique gift this season!
Although “sleeping under the tree” should look like this.Let’s be real—it really looks A LOT MORE like this…
Our “Adventure Awaits” Photo Blanket
The second design in our Just Add Confetti FOTO Vision collection is our “Adventure Awaits” personalized photo blanket design. This design is inspired 100% by my boys. Daily, I am in awe of their curiosity, energy and zest for life. I wanted to keep this design simple with a neutral color palette that would work well for so many different photos and applications. I think this blanket would make such a beautiful gift! FOTO Vision’s products really help you tell your story (and share it with friends and family) in such a unique and personalized way.

We do St. Nick (a Milwaukee tradition) with our son in Arizona. He loves to get a “head’s up” on what Santa thinks of his behavior. If there is an orange, he’s on the good list. If there is an onion in his stocking, then he better shape up before Christmas.
Alison says
Hi Julie,
Oh my goodness…I love this! I think I might be adopting this tradition and bringing it to Pittsburgh! Here’s to oranges for all in our stockings this year! 🙂
Thanks so much for sharing your tradition! Have a great day!

I love these blankets. And why haven’t I thought of making a little bed in front of the tree for photos? Brilliant! My little one is just a year old, so we haven’t really started any traditions yet, but my favorite tradition growing up was making Dragon Tooth Fudge with my grandpa. He even had magic words we had to chant to summon the dragon. What fun!
Alison says
