Ice Cream in a Bag Easter Bunny Treat

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Ice
  • ⅓ cup Rock Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine the Half & Half, Sugar and Vanilla Extract in a sandwich sized baggie. Push all excess air out of the baggie before sealing it tightly at the top. Double bagging the mixture is helpful to make sure there are no tiny leaks.
  2. In a gallon sized baggie, combine the Ice and Rock Salt.
  3. Place the sandwich baggie inside the gallon bag and seal the top of the larger baggie closed. Shake the bag vigorously for about 5-10 minutes or until the ice cream begins to solidify in the sandwich baggie.
  4. Cut marshmallows into bunny ears. Cut each marshmallow at a diagonal and then dip the cut-side-down into a small dish of pink sugar.
  5. After your ice cream has solidified, scoop it into a cup and decorate it like a bunny or with any sundae toppings you'd like! Enjoy!
