Hi Friends! It’s Friday and Day 5 — the end of the first week of our “Just Add Confetti’s 10 Days of Kids Valentines.” What better way to celebrate Fri-day than with our “I Only Have Fries For You” Pencil Kids Valentine. I really love this one! It’s so unique and fun…and super easy to assemble. The step-by-step instructions are below. Also, if you missed any days in our series this past week here they are again — Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4!
To make this “I Only Have Fries For You” Pencil Kids Valentine you will need the “fries for you” free printable (located in the printable library) as well as pencils, scissors and an xacto knife. I found yellow No.2 pencils at Dollar Tree, 16 in a box, for $1.
To assemble this “I Only Have Fries For You” Pencil Kids Valentine, follow these 4 steps:
- The printable is available for free in the printable library. *Note: The version of the design that is located in the printable library is non-editable and would need to have a name handwritten on it to personalize. If you would like the editable PDF version of this design—with the ability to personalize the name(s)—it is available for purchase in my Etsy shop, HERE.
- Next, cut out the entire rectangle perimeter of the “I Only Have Fries For You” Pencil Kids Valentine.
- Then, using an xacto knife, carefully cut along the curve of the carton of fries (see photo).
- Lastly, slide as many pencils as you would like into place. Then apply a piece of tape on the back to secure the pencils more fully. Done! How cute!
