Hi Friends! I’m so excited to launch a new series today— 12 Days of Holiday Gift Ideas!! Yay! Each day, for the next 12 days (Yes, 12 DAYS!! Business days, Monday-Friday), I will be sharing a new Christmas gift idea with all of you. These ideas will be fun, creative and easy! We all need easy this time of year, right?! Think classroom gift ideas, gifts for teachers, neighbors, crossing guards, coaches…you get the idea! These 12 gift ideas will also have free printables so you can pull these gifts together in no time!

It’s Day 1 of our new 12 Days of Holiday Gift Ideas series!

Let’s get started with some adorable Christmas Sloth Gift Ideas!

My boys absolutely love sloths so when I saw these adorable plush sloths I knew I wanted to give them as a cute Christmas classroom gift this year. I also thought it would be fun to design a printable graphic of a sloth that could hold a candy cane (or pencil if food treats aren’t allowed at your child’s school) as a sweet little holiday treat.

As I mentioned above, all you need for these little gifts are these adorable plush sloths, candy canes and the free printable tags!

First, download both of the free printables that are located in the Printable Library. *Note: The versions of the designs that are located in the printable library are non-editable and would need to have a name handwritten on them to personalize. If you would like the editable PDF version of these designs—with the ability to personalize the name(s)—they available for purchase in my Etsy shop, HERE and HERE.

For the “Slow Ho Ho!” tags, simply print them and tie them onto the sloths with a ribbon! Doesn’t get easier than that! Yes!

For the “Eat, Sleep and Be Merry” design, first print the PDF and cut out all 4 cards. Then, with an xacto blade, carefully cut on the left and right of the front arm (as in the “Step 2” reference photo below). Then, simply slide a candy cane in place under the arm. Done! How cute?!
