Happy Monday, friends! So last week we discussed Theodore Roosevelt’s quote “Believe in yourself and you are halfway there” in reference to self confidence and the power of believing in ourselves.
This week, I’d like to focus on the other half of the equation. Hard work and determination. To make your dreams a reality you really have to work at them. I just love this quote, “There is no elevator to success; you have to take the stairs.” It is so true. There is no magic formula for instant success or everyone would be using it. I know the long nights and sacrifices can be grueling, but doesn’t it make every milestone reached (no matter how big or small) so much sweeter?! If we keep working hard and pushing ourselves we will all make it to the top someday. We’re on our way. This week I am going to try to push myself a tiny bit more and remember that patience and persistence are key. But most importantly I’m going to just keep climbing.
If you would like to have this print, you can find it in my shop, here.
Have a wonderful week!
