Do you have a super awesome and amazing friend or teacher in your life? Let them know that they are a pot of gold at the end of your rainbow with this fun treat! This St Patricks Day pot of gold treat bag is so simple to put together and is guaranteed to brighten someone’s day. Sometimes the smallest little gesture can make the biggest impact. Also, if you missed any of the other St. Paddy’s Day gift and treat ideas that I shared this week you can find them here: Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3.
All you need to make this St Patricks Day pot of gold treat bag are gold foil wrapped chocolate coins, round cellophane treat bags, and my pot of gold printables. The pot of gold printables are available in my Just Add Confetti Etsy shop. You can find them HERE.
ASSEMBLING YOUR ST PATRICKS DAY POT OF GOLD TREAT BAG
First, print and cut out the pot of gold printable. Next, carefully cut along the rim of the pot with an xacto blade. Then, slide gold foil wrapped chocolate coins in place, taping them on the back. If you’d like to add even more chocolate coins, then slide the printable into a round cellophane bag. You will need to curve the printable slightly as you slide it through the top of the bag, then as the bag widens, it will uncurl and fit the bag perfectly. Then add more gold foil wrapped chocolate coins and fold the top of the bag over, taping it closed on the back. Such a cute St. Patrick’s Day treat for a lucky friend or teacher!
