Taco ’bout FUN! Last week was an absolute blast celebrating all of the amazing teachers and staff at my boys’ elementary school. When Teacher Appreciation Week and Cinco de Mayo are in the same week you have to transform the faculty room into a FIESTA! Our taco fiesta teacher appreciation luncheon was so much fun! All of the teachers and staff work tirelessly every day to make our school a very special place. It was so wonderful to see them take a little break and enjoy themselves. My mom was actually the librarian at our school for 25 years before retiring a few years ago. I truly felt so honored to be able to celebrate our incredible staff and show them all the love and appreciation they so greatly deserve!
