Hi Friends! I have a super fun Easter idea to share with you all today. We all know Easter will look very different for all of us this year but that doesn’t have to stop us from having fun and creating a special day for our family and friends. We might just have to get a little more creative this year! Today I have a Surprise Easter Egg Hunt Doorstep Drop-off Idea to share with all of you! Spread some joy and fun to your friends, neighbors or family with an Easter Egg Hunt dropped off on their doorsteps (via Bunny Express Air Mail, of course)!
To create this Easter egg hunt idea, you will first need to make the hot air balloon. This simple Easter craft only requires a few items (most of which you probably already have at home).
To make this hot air balloon Easter craft you will need:
A balloon
Chipwood basket (pint)
Paper straws
Plastic eggs
Chocolate or treats to fill eggs
Double-sided tape
Ribbon
Printable graphics (available for free in the printable library)
STEP 1: Start by blowing up the balloon. STEP 2: Next, hot glue 4 paper straws in the corners of the chipwood basket.
STEP 3: Then, place the balloon in the middle of the paper straws. Apply double-sided tape over the tops of the straws, holding the balloon in place. Next, cover the tape with a piece of ribbon.STEP 4: Continue to wrap ribbon all the way around the balloon, covering the tape and tops of straws. Then, place paper shred in the bottom of the chipwood basket. STEP 5: Lastly, fill the basket with some Easter treats and then tape the printable graphics to the paper straws. Done! What an adorable Easter craft hot air balloon! This Bunny Express Air Mail is ready for delivery!
Drop off this sweet hot air balloon on the front doorstep or back porch of your friends, neighbors and family. Then place 12 plastic Easter eggs in the yard for a magical Easter surprise that will be remembered for years to come!
