I’m so excited to share our sweet “Bloom in your Classroom” Flower Teacher Gift Idea with you all today. I think this idea is so cute and perfect for Spring, teacher appreciation, and the end of the school year.

“Bloom in your Classroom” Flower Teacher Gift Idea
You only need a few items to assemble your “Bloom in your Classroom” Flower Teacher Gift Idea…a potted plant, a ruler, and my “Bloom in your Classroom” printable. I love the idea of taping the tag to the ruler as the “stake” in the soil of the potted plant. It also works so well to represent the idea of “growing.” The printable tags reads:
Being in your classroom
has helped me grow and bloom!
To assemble this “Bloom in your Classroom” Flower Teacher Gift Idea, follow these 4 steps:
- First, download the free printable tag by filling out the form at the bottom of this post. *Note: The free version of the design is non-editable and would need to have a name handwritten on it to personalize. If you would like the editable PDF version of this design—with the ability to personalize the name(s)—it is available for purchase in my Etsy shop, HERE.
- Next, cut out the entire perimeter of the printable tag.
- Then, tape the tag onto a ruler.
- Lastly, stick the ruler in the soil of the potted plant. Done…doesn’t get any easier than that! What a fresh, cheery gift!
If you would rather use cut flowers instead of a potted plant, you could just tie the tag around the stems with a ribbon (no ruler needed). I think that would be an adorable gift too!
