Hi Friends! I have a super easy (like 15 minutes easy) pizza valentine box hack to share with you all today!
This is the first year that my son, Sawyer, was asked to make a valentine box to hold all the classroom valentines during the school Valentine’s Day party. Since we have been having a lot of pizza valentine fun around here lately at our “Love You To Pizzas” party…I immediately thought it would be fun to repurpose pizza boxes into a school valentine box! (Side note: When I was originally planning the pizza party, I just went to a local pizza shop and asked for a few extra boxes and they gladly gave me a few for free.)
A huge thank you to Oriental Trading Company for sponsoring this post. Although I was given resources to create this DIY, all of my opinions and feelings about (how fun and creative) their products are 100% my own. For more information, see my disclosures, here.
PIZZA VALENTINE BOX HACK
To assemble this pizza valentine box, follow these simple 5 steps:
Step 1: First, download the free printables (located in the printable library—more info at the bottom of this post). Then, glue two pizza boxes together. Apply hot glue to the edges of the bottom box, leaving the middle clear of glue.
Step 2: Using a marker, draw a large square in the center of the inside of the top box.
Step 3: Using an xacto blade, carefully cut out the square. Make sure you are cutting through the second box as well.
Step 4: Draw and cut out the opening in the top of the box.
Step 5: Decorate your pizza valentine box! Sawyer and I both absolutely love these plush pizza slices from Oriental Trading. So, of course, we had to include those as well! Oriental Trading has a ton of other fun pizza items that you could use to decorate your box too!
