Hi Friends! I can’t believe it, but today is already Day 5, the last day in our Just Add Confetti’s Kids Classroom Valentines series. Today, I’m flying by with the last valentine in the series—these adorable Soaring Heart Bird Kids Valentines! I have had so much fun this week sharing my ideas and designs with all of you. This valentine really makes MY heart soar! I illustrated this design to have snowy mountains and a big blue sky with clouds—a perfect environment for these cool Balancing Birds. The Balancing Birds are from Oriental Trading and they are so fun. They can balance on the tip of your finger, or on the top of the pencil, or really on any edge or surface. My boys have been having so much fun with them!
Assembling this Soaring Hearts Bird Kids Valentine is very easy, just follow the 3 steps below.
- The printable is available for free in the printable library. *Note: The version of the design that is located in the printable library is non-editable and would need to have a name handwritten on it to personalize. If you would like the editable PDF version of this design—with the ability to personalize the name(s)—it is available for purchase in my Etsy shop, HERE.
- Cut out the valentine and place a Balancing Bird in the center of the printable.
- With the tip of your scissors, carefully poke a small hole on the left and right side of each wing. Then, thread twine through the holes and tie the bird in place.
