Hi Friends! Today is an exciting day! It’s Day 1 of my new 5-day series—Just Add Confetti’s Kids Classroom Valentines! I’m so excited! Last year you all seemed to really love my Just Add Confetti’s 10 Days of Kids Valentines series so I decided to do it again! (In case you missed any of last year’s ideas, here they are: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, Day 8 , Day 9 , Day 10) Just like last year, each day for the next 5 days I’ll be sharing a new kids valentine idea with a fun printable and small gift item. All of the gift items are from Oriental Trading. They have a huge collection of adorable Valentine’s Day items. You can see them here.
Ok, now let’s get started with Day 1…It’s our Alien Valentine!
I think this Alien Kids Valentine is so fun! The slime craze is still going strong in our house. My boys love it! And what could be better than Alien Slime!?!
It’s so easy to assemble these out-of-this-world cuties. All you need is the printable and these bottles of Alien Slime. The Alien Slime is from Oriental Trading and it comes in 4 different colors—you can find it here.
To assemble this Alien Kids Valentine, follow these 3 steps:
- The printable is available for free in the printable library. *Note: The version of the design that is located in the printable library is non-editable and would need to have a name handwritten on it to personalize. If you would like the editable PDF version of this design—with the ability to personalize the name(s)—it is available for purchase in my Etsy shop, HERE.
- Cut out the valentine and place an Alien Slime bottle in the center of the printable.
- With the tip of your scissors, carefully poke a small hole on the left and right side of the alien’s neck. Then, thread twine through the holes and tie the alien in place.
I hope you like these intergalactic Alien Valentines!
Be sure to check back tomorrow for Day 2 in the series!
