Taco Pen Pal Letter for Kids

Hi Friends! Today is Cinco de Mayo AND Taco Tuesday! So what better day to share my newest creation—a fun Taco Pen Pal Letter for kids!  I know we are all missing our family and friends these days and our kids are no different. I wanted to create this pen pal letter for kids (and adults!) to be able to take a second, grab a pencil or pen, and connect with a grandparent, friend, aunt, uncle, cousin, etc in a unique way. If your kids are anything like mine, they are spending a lot of time on their screens these days—doing online schooling, playing games, and watching videos. I thought this would be fun way to unplug and re-connect in a creative way!

This Taco Pen Pal Letter for kids consists of 4 printable designs that are all available for free in the Just Add Confetti Printable Library (under the “summer / 4th of July / just for fun category”). The taco shell folds in half and holds 3 cards inside. These cards layer in place with the lettuce in the front, tomatoes and cheese in the middle, and the meat in the back, to give the look of a complete taco — and a complete letter. I’ve included two sizes in the printable library — one set of cards that fits in a 5×7 envelope and a smaller set that can fit inside a standard #10 business envelope.
